Zutaten
- 1 liter of cold water
- 100 g coarsely ground coffee
- 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or whatever you prefer)
- Ice cubes as required
Optional: sweeten with a little honey, maple syrup and/or milk. If you prefer almond milk or oat milk = also perfect.
Preparation
Prepare cold brew: Mix coarsely ground coffee with cold water.
Leave to infuse: Leave the mixture to infuse in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
Filter: Strain the cold brew through a fine sieve or coffee filter.
Use a shaker or blender to mix the cold brew coffee with the protein powder. Shake or mix well until the protein powder is completely dissolved.
Optionally, you can now also add a sweetener to taste.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour over the protein cold brew.
Pour in milk or a milk alternative as desired.
