Zutaten

-   1 liter of cold water

-    100 g coarsely ground coffee

-    1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or whatever you prefer)

-    Ice cubes as required

Optional: sweeten with a little honey, maple syrup and/or milk. If you prefer almond milk or oat milk = also perfect.

Preparation

Prepare cold brew: Mix coarsely ground coffee with cold water.

Leave to infuse: Leave the mixture to infuse in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

Filter: Strain the cold brew through a fine sieve or coffee filter.

  1. Use a shaker or blender to mix the cold brew coffee with the protein powder. Shake or mix well until the protein powder is completely dissolved.

  2. Optionally, you can now also add a sweetener to taste.

  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour over the protein cold brew.

  4. Pour in milk or a milk alternative as desired.
