When the leaves are dancing outside and it smells like rain, this mocha is just what you need. A velvety combination of espresso, dark chocolate, hot milk and a dash of chestnut puree - creamy, nutty and incredibly cozy. A drink that feels like a warm blanket for the soul. And yes, you can snack on a chestnut with it.

Zutaten
  • 1 double espresso

  • 150 ml milk or oat milk

  • 1 tbsp chestnut puree (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp cane sugar or honey

  • cream & chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Preparation
  1. Put the espresso to one side.

  2. Heat the milk with the chestnut puree, cocoa powder and sugar until everything is nice and creamy.

  3. Foam with a small whisk or milk frother.

  4. Pour the espresso into the cup, add the chestnut milk.

  5. Top with cream and chocolate shavings. Your cuddly coffee is ready!
