Turmeric coffee
Turmeric coffee is an exotic and healthy alternative to conventional coffee that not only awakens your mind, but also does your body good. With its golden color and unique taste, this coffee is a highlight for body, mind and soul.
Zutaten
- Espresso-Shot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tsp turmeric
. A pinch of black pepper (to improve the absorption of turmeric)
- ¼ tsp ground ginger (optional)
- ¾ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Honey to taste
Optional: Add milk or a milk alternative of your choice.
Preparation
Prepare the coffee: Prepare an espresso. Possibly in a shot glass.
Stir the turmeric mixture: In a cup, mix some turmeric powder with a pinch of black pepper and optionally cinnamon, ginger and/or honey.
Mixing: Pour the hot coffee over the turmeric mixture.
Stir and enjoy: Stir everything well until the ingredients have completely dissolved.
If you don't want to do without milk, you can of course add a dash (or more) of milk or a milk alternative.
