Best Italian Coffee

Instead of jam, you can make a great cold brew with different berries. You can also use fruit that has a few dents and doesn't look so good on a fruit tart. Give it a try. You'll be amazed.

Of course, you can also prepare all cold brew coffees fresh in the morning and take them with you on your way to work as a coffee to go. A wonderful morning booster.

Ingredients
  • 1 liter of cold water

  • 100 g coarsely ground coffee

  • A handful of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, vital berries, currants - just your favorite berries and those that are ripe. )

  • Fresh mint and a little lime juice or a few drops of fresh lemon if you like

Preparation

Prepare cold brew: Mix coarsely ground coffee with cold water.

Add berries: Add a handful of your favorite berries.

Infuse: Leave the mixture to infuse in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Filter: Strain the cold brew through a fine sieve or coffee filter.

Serve: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the berry cold brew over it. Garnish the drink with fresh berries, a few mint leaves and a few drops of ZItrone. Or lime syrup.

This cold brew is a refreshing and tasty way to enjoy coffee - perfect for warm days or as a special refreshment.
