Cold Brew Tonic
The secret of cold brew tonic lies in the balance of ingredients. The cold brew is cold extracted over a long period of time, resulting in a less acidic and very smooth coffee. This gentle method of coffee preparation brings out the subtle flavors of the coffee and avoids the bitterness that can occur with hot brewed coffee. When this is mixed with the slightly bitter, refreshing tonic water, the result is a drink that is both invigorating and complex in taste.
The cold brew tonic is not only a highlight in terms of taste, but also a visual eye-catcher. The dark, velvety color of the cold brew creates a beautiful contrast to the clear tonic water, especially when the drink is served in layers. This coffee cocktail is not only popular with coffee lovers, but also with those looking for a less sweet but still refreshing alternative to traditional summer drinks.
Whether prepared at home or enjoyed in a café, the Cold Brew Tonic is a modern interpretation of coffee enjoyment and an ideal choice for anyone looking for new taste experiences.
