Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew mit Ahornsirup

Autumn is here and with it the pumpkin season! If you thought pumpkin spice only belongs in a latte, you haven't tried this cold brew yet. Here, strong cold brew meets creamy pumpkin, sweet maple syrup and a spicy pinch of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. The result: a drink that tastes like a walk through rustling leaves. Only in a glass. Perfect for anyone who prefers to stay cool in the fall.

Zutaten
  • 200 ml cold brew coffee

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (preferably Hokkaido)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • 1 pinch of clove powder

  • ice cubes

  • 50 ml milk or plant-based drink (optionally frothed)

Preparation
  1. Pour the cold brew into a large glass.

  2. Stir the pumpkin puree, maple syrup and spices well in a shaker or glass.

  3. Mix with the cold brew, add ice cubes and stir.

  4. If you like, add some frothed milk on top.

  5. Put in a straw and enjoy as if it were an autumn vacation in a glass!
