Ingredients
1 liter of cold water
100 g coarsely ground coffee
1 vanilla pod, split open
50 ml coconut water
Preparation
Prepare cold brew: Place coarsely ground coffee and a slit vanilla pod in a large container. Fill it with cold water and leave the mixture to infuse in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
Filter and refine: Strain the cold brew through a fine sieve or coffee filter. After filtering, add coconut water and stir well.
Serving: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the vanilla-coconut cold brew over it. For an extra decorative touch, you can use a vanilla pod or a slice of coconut as a garnish.
