Vietnamese egg coffee

Ingredients
2 espressos
2 egg yolks
4-6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk to taste
Optional: ½ tablespoon vanilla or a dash of good cognac
Preparation
Coffee preparation: Prepare 2 espressos according to taste and pour into a larger cup.
Egg yolk: Pour the condensed milk and egg yolk into a bowl. Whisk the mixture well until you have a thick, frothy consistency.
