Vietnamese egg coffee

The coffee, strong and intense, forms the perfect base for the sweet and fluffy egg foam, which is made from egg yolks, sugar and often a dash of vanilla or rum. A must for all coffee lovers looking for something new and exciting.

Ingredients
  • 2 espressos

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 4-6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk to taste

  • Optional: ½ tablespoon vanilla or a dash of good cognac

Preparation

Coffee preparation: Prepare 2 espressos according to taste and pour into a larger cup.

Egg yolk: Pour the condensed milk and egg yolk into a bowl. Whisk the mixture well until you have a thick, frothy consistency.

Pour this egg foam onto the fresh coffee with a spoon. And the CÀ PHÊ TRỨNG is ready.
