White Chocolate Mocha

A drink that not only delights your palate, but also changes the way you look at everyday coffee. It is a blend of rich, white chocolate and strong espresso, rounded off with creamy milk. The White Chocolate Mocha makes the ordinary extraordinary. Give it a try.

Ingredients:
  • ½ - 1 espresso (vary according to your taste and desired strength)

  • 50 - 60 g fine chocolate or 90 ml white chocolate syrup

  • 150 - 200 ml milk - depending on the size of the glass (can be replaced with alternatives such as almond, soy or oat milk)

  • approx. 1 dl cream

Optional: white chocolate shavings, coffee beans, chocolate powder for decoration

Preparation:
  • Prepare the espresso in advance so that it can cool

  • Heat the milk

  • Melt the white chocolate slowly. If you are using syrup, simply have this ready

  • Pour the melted chocolate or syrup into a large cup or glass and then immediately pour in the espresso

  • Pour in the frothed milk

  • Add the whipped cream

  • Decorate: Decorate as desired with cream, sprinkles of white chocolate, coffee beans and/or chocolate powder
